SLS

The classes will be held in the Grinder from 0800 to 1200, 5 to 15 July 2011.
It is recommended to bring the following:
- Comfortable clothes and shoes to work out in: PT uniform is not necessary, but wear clothes and shoes that are appropriate for exercise.
- Refillable water bottle: Stay hydrated by bringing a water bottle!
- Light, healthy snacks: There will be some breaks between each of the activities, so snacks and water are recommended.
- Sunscreen: Protect yourself from the sun, since we will be running and doing outside activities for the first half of SLS.
These things are optional, but also recommended:
- Hat: Also to protect yourself from the sun.
- iPod: Listen to while running, or during the breaks. Be responsible for your own property if you choose to bring it.
- Notebook & pen/pencil: To take notes during the academics portion of SLS.
